More than likely yes. I found out you can use just about any VoIP system with a modem. I live in a ¨sh*tty internet area, but I've heard you can use something like a Magicjack+ ¨and it'll work. Even supports decent speeds. (connections close to 33.6kbps) Guessing your FiOS system is a VoIP box, it should work with a standard modem. .
