Blueberry crisp. - joneworlds@mailbox.org Frozen blueberries, flour, sugar, egg, juice, margarine or butter. Oven to 375. Grease a baking pan. Add 3 cups of blueberries. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of lemon or orange juice over them. In a bowl, mix 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, and 1 beaten egg until the mixture is crumbly. Cover the blueberries with the crumb batter. Melt 6 tablespoons of butter or margarine and pour on top of the mixture. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or more until the topping is light brown and the blueberries are bubbling.
