Chocolate pudding. - joneworlds@mailbox.org sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, salt, milk of some kind, vanilla. Get a medium-sized pot, and put in 2/3 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix. A little bit at a time, add 2 1/4 cups of vanilla-flavoured oat milk. Heat over medium until it's boiling, and boil it for one minute. Be stirring it frequently and constantly as it gets hot and boils. Take the pot off the burner. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, but only if your oat milk was the non-vanilla kind or if you used some other kind of milk. If you like warm pudding, eat it immediately. If you like cold pudding, put it in a bowl, let it cool a little bit, then put a piece of plastic wrap over the pudding and then put it in the fridge for at least two hours. The plastic wrap makes it so a skin won't form on top. But don't put it on right away when it's hot because I guess that might melt the plastic.
