weight  for 1  cup, 1  tbsp  etc of  each type  of
food. Also  to look up the  nutrition filename for
each food.

A B C  ... Z - These folders  have the nutritional
data for each type of food.

SR-Leg_ASC.zip  - contains  the original  database
files and documentation from  the USDA, from which
all these files are derived.

food.el - emacs lisp program used to produce these
files from SR-Leg_ASC.zip

food.zip - all these files except SR-Leg_ASC.zip
