Not the Sony Playstation 2. The PS/2 connection, IMO, is better than the USB connection for mice and keyboards. Why? 1. PS/2 was designed for mice and keyboards. USB was not. 2. PS/2 is more power-efficient. Interrupts are better than constant polling. But USB is the superior port, in my opinion. Why? It's versatile. It may not be ideal for mice and keyboards, but it is able to do those. Specialists will always do better in their specialties. Jacks of all trades will generally be better overall in terms of usefulness outside certain use cases. I use a USB->PS/2 converter for both my desktop mouse and keyboard. I still love the ability to plug in storage, security keys, and other peripherals into USB ports. My biggest gripe is that PS/2 ports have become less and less common. The only PS/2 ports I have are on my tower, so I'm thankful for that. Also lots of laptops use PS/2 in their pointers and keyboards, so that's good.
