Just a quick note to say congrats to KatolaZ on bringing up the
third circumlunar colony "The Mare Crisium Soviet Socialist
Regency", or Soviet for short, which is now open for user signups
[0]. It's OpenBSD-based, and fully integrated into the circumlunar
'verse via email and console bbs (and IRC in the near future).

This comes just as Republic reached its user cap, so the timing is
perfect for those looking to join the circumlunar community.
