CDCEOF can break up a multiple-file  file which was sent
to the PDP-10 over the communications link.  The file must have
been copied with the "COPYSF,DSK,OUTPUT,LR" command, where the
"LR" puts between-file records of *EOR and *EOF.

CDCEOF will allow individual PDP10 files to be named one by one
after displaying the first line of the sub-file, or named automatically
by some column-character-extraction scheme on the first line.

To run CDCEOF, type

      .R CDCEOF

and answer the questions prompted by the program.
