The program MTTOPT copies a magtape file to paper tape.  The magtape
should be written in binary, with physical records which are a multiple
of 4 bytes.  The paper tape will have a leader and trailer of nulls.

The Paper tape punch, alas, is not connected to the DEC-10.  If you are
going to use this program, please call 543-9275 and ask Ron or Bruce
what can be done about it.
