For those users who ALREADY have space allocated to them
on DSKA, we would like you to transfer all files of less
than 20 blocks to DSKB.  In the future, we want to restrict
DSKB to contain only small files, and DSKA to contain large
files, which we believe will be a more efficient method of
disk utilization.


DIR/LENGTH:0:20            will tell which files are less than 20;
FCOPY DSKB:=DSKA:*.*/LENGTH:0:20           will copy them to DSKB:
DELETE DSKA:*.*/LENGTH:0:20            will delete them from DSKA:
