2018-11-05 Crazy Monday

Yea gods! I haven't stopped running since I got here this
morning. It's finally slowed down for the moment so I thought I'd dash
off a few lines for the ol' phlog.

I'm working on a unit move that I need to represent in the application
I support. I only got the finalized requirements this morning and it
has to be implemented by tomorrow morning. Thus, today has been a mad
scramble to finish everything. I will need to start early tomorrow to
finish all the remaining work as I can't do some of the tasks until
the business day ends.

I have an idea in my head of getting an IRC client (like Konversations
in KDE) up and running so I can do a bit of exploring. The interface
is a bit clunky no matter what client I use. It looks like there will
be a bit of learning curve before I can actually get started. I'll
post more as I learn more.

That's really all I have to say for today. Hopefully, I'll have more
time to write tomorrow.
