It's been  nearly a month since my last post.  I've been recuperating
from an inguinal hernia operation.  The first week after the operation
I was suffering a fair bit of pain and had to be very careful doing
all normal daily activity.  Getting out of bed required pre-planning
and careful execution to avoid too much stress on my abdominal
muscles.  Ditto for sitting down on a chair, standing back up again,
even going to the toilet.  

I did have a fair bit of time lying about so caught up on some
Netflix and other media sources.  Some of the series binge sessions
included series one of Helix, series one of Mr. Robot, started the
latest Star Trek Discovery, Series three of Outlander, and believe it
or not, series five and six of Downton Abbey.

Enjoyed most.

Back to work on Monday.
