I primarily run OpenBSD and Fedora, but sometimes I resort back to
Windows XP to keep from trying to run too many windows multimedia
programs in virtual machines. From time to time, something locks
the handle on the dvd/cdrom drive. Googling around, I found help
here:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/ProcessesAndThreads/ProcessExplorer.mspx

Process Explorer let me find the handle and unlock it, and then I
was able to once again use dvd decrypter to burn an iso image to dvd.
