Earlier in 2021 I had been interested in various tilde systems. I had even
applied to join tilde but was never accepted. I lost interest. I was reading my
August Linux Pro magazine which had an interview with the founder of IRCNow.
That rekindled my interest. After reading all about IRCNow I decided it wasn't
a great fit. So I was back to nothing. Apparently in late August I put the
search term "python unix social shell account" into google and the first hit
was https://sdf.org/?join. It's been all SDF since then. I'm very happy for
finally finding a good public access Unix system that seems to be a good fit.

why dirtyrig? It was my AOL Instant Messenger name in college. I had a 1984 GMC 
Jimmy K5 that would occasionally go off road. It was a dirtyrig.
