First camping trip of the new era.

After work Friday Deirdre and I took the bus to Skar station. We were 
joined there bu Rory and started the walk to the 2.5km to Oyungen to 
find our camp site.

The walk is mostly fairly steep up hill, but on wide dirt roads, and as 
it is a short walk we had no issues. Some very pretty forest areas and 
along the river/steam to the right there are benches and tables if you 
want to take is slow.

Once at Oyungen we walked along the western side of the lake to find a 
spot that would fit the four of us (Miri arrived Saturday morning) in 
three tents. We found a good area after a few hundred meters with a 
fire-pit, access to the lake for water, and forest behind to poop in.
The toilet might be the best part of the trip as it was a natural 
formation made of large "slate" rocks which had formed a lovely already
to prop you back up against and poop into a hole. Realy lovely.

We set up camp, Deirdre and I in a gapahuk made of a tarp, and Rory in a 
tent. We all started looking for wood for the nights fire, Deirdre and 
Rory did most of this and Deirdre won for best Arnold Schwarzenegger 
impression by carrying an entice fallen tree on her shoulder in best 
Commando style.

The rest of the weekend was really just us hanging out, talking trash, 
making food either on the fire, or on the gas stove I had just bought 
(worked reall well, much better than the old Primus's), and sleeping.

Food highlights were Pinebrod made of half cooked pizza dough and lots 
of butter and salt, and the Macaroni Gryte.

We also got to use our hammocks which were perfect for lounging around, 
and Miri and Rory went out and bought some for themselves after the 
trip.

A great time was had by all and we stayed at the same site untill Sunday 
when we walked back to civilization.
