Charlotte by: Morgan Peterson 04/14/2011 Everybody in town knows of Charlotte, yet nobody in town seems to know Charlotte. If anyone in town has ever spoken to Charlotte, that person has never told their tale. What is know of Charlotte is noted from watching her as she comes in to town or when she is seen leaving town. She stands roughly five foot and eight inches. She wears polka dot dresses. Her dresses are always of a different color. She wears red shoes with no heels, but has been seen with black shoes. Her skin is of the palest white and she helps keep it that way by carrying a white umbrella with her on sunny, cloudy or rainy days. Her hair is light brown and her eyes match her hair. When she has spoken, usually to a shop keeper when asking for certain products, you hear a soft, but firm, voice. Everyone feels welcome around her, but nobody ever feels the need to speak to her unless she has already spoken to them. Nobody knows where she came from or when she got here. It is an unspoken rule that you don't speak of her when she is not around. Not out of fear, but out of a respect that in not fully understands.
