A Sunday night on Earth

Third shift tonight, and probably the last one before a long time on
this site where I have been posted since the beginning of July.  I have
here only two more shifts left, in daylight, on the 30th and 31st.

I received my schedule for the month of September and I will go back
doing replacements left and right, without much consistency, and
without fixed hours well established.  I'm in no hurry to resume my
role as a disposable substitute, as you can imagine.  But, hopefully, I
only have a few more months to endure this shitty job.

Indeed, last week, I contacted my University to register for the
competitive examination to become a lawyer.  I am eligible but the
registration web portal did not recognize me as an alumnus.  However,
the whole registration process has to be done online through the web. 
The deadline is Septembre 2nd.

I have called the holine to help me fix the issue and they were
supposed to solve the problem before last Friday night.  But I haven't
heard from them and I still can't register.  So after this night shift,
I will call them again at the first hour of opening in order to unblock
this and to be able to register for a better future.

It stresses me out a bit but I hope that everything will go well.  So
until I can make that phone call, I'm going to spend the night here
hoping it'll be relatively quiet.
