The NTSD exists outside North America mostly through the good work of Peter DL4FN who operates the BBS DB0NTS. Through a 24 hour period his station connects with partner stations in the ARRL NTS to exchange messages between Europe and the USA. He then passes those messages to stations in mainland Europe through the AX25, HAMNET or WL2K networks and to stations in the United Kingdom via scheduled contacts on the 80/40/20m bands using PACTOR II/III. Schedules are currently ( All times UTC ); 1000-1030 40m - UK traffic to/from DB0NTS 1600-1900 60m - Inter-UK message transfer 1900-1930 40m - UK traffic to DB0NTS 1930-2000 80/60m - Inter-UK message transfer 1930-2100 20m - DB0NTS US links DB0NTS Frequencies - Summer Schedule 7047.5, 7048, 7048.5, 7049, 7049.5, 7051.5, 7052, 7052.5 kHz 14.097.9 kHz
