The role of Mind is now filled. But she cannot attend. 

We have all the actors now, so the 
play works a lot better.  We ran 
through act 1, after playing with 
act 2 for a while.  In act 2 we didn't 
need the extra actor so it was fitting
to practice that part. I had to be 
flexible with who showed up for the 
practices. 

The scaffolding is working well to 
represent Gregor's reality, we'll 
keep going with that. 

Light board continue to be a nuisance, 
I have to factory reset it and I don't 
find time for it. 

One of the actor is taking the sound 
on, which is great. I was a bit reluctant 
but he kept on coming back with ideas. 
I like to wait a bit when people offer 
some help to see if even in the face 
of no response they will keep on
 coming back. 

The door continue to be a question, 
how can you have a standing door in 
the middle of a play? Metal work?
But it has to be sturdy, without 
being too heavy. The theatre space
we are using is great but it's in
a school, so we can't leave too much
stuff around.
