# [2019.08.20] Fake Recommender Systems

Today my boss told me jokingly that we need to do not only real
recommender systems but also what he called fake recommender systems.
That definition covers systems making some advice from a handful of
possible options or hard-coding rules or hierarchies. Well, I'm not
surprised.
