StayOnTop + XMMS
================

I still use the XMMS media player [1] for media playback (the version 1,
not the 2.x) as it is well supported under the IRIX. Usually for MP3s but also
to listen the radio [2] (oh, I have been listening the ORF Radio Vien for more
than 20 years! Of course, for the most time not via the Internet).

Until recently I have used the XMMS in the "stay on top" mode - there was a
tiny bar with controls near the right top corner of the screem. It was set up
this way before many years and I thought that it is comfortable.

Recently I have tried to change this behaviour - now do I more with playlist
and it is not comfortable to have so large thing always visible. Now it is a
normal window (I just removed the StayOnTop statement from definition of xmms
behaviour in the .fvwm2rc file). Surprisigly, I don't miss the immediate
availability of basic XMMS controls and I have found this setup much more
comfortable.

Hm, and this is probably the biggest change in my computing setups for 2017.
