SILO library

After two days of semi-intensive work I have made a program that is able to put
data via the SILO [1] library interface. I expected that it will be easier.

It is quite nice: I can made 3D data that can be opened in several
visualizatuion programs (the VisIt, the MeshTV, the Paraview, for example) on
many platforms. I just verified that my data can be opned on the SGI Indigo in
the MeshTV 4.2. That's a nice backward compatibility, I think. ;-)

BTW, this library is available in the Debian/Ubuntu repositories.
