Fossil Wrist PDA troubles

I'm not still able to sync this thing via the USB. It is visible in the "dmesg"
output and it's even correctly identified bud nothing happens when I[m trying
to do sync operation in any tool. I tried to add myself to the "dialout" group
(as it is reccomended in some Ubuntu forums), I also tried to work as root
(which helped for other USB-based Palms) and nothing happens. I will try the
load the "visor" module and pot the parameters by hand as soon as possible but
it's probably the last thing that I will be able to do... So far, I do
synchronisation via the IR from the Palm III. It works well but it of course
eats batteries of both devices.
