read-notepad

The pilot-link suite [1] includes many nice tools for dealing with Palm Pilot
data. The default version of the pilot-link for the IRIX 6.5 is old and does
not include all the tools. It's OK for 99% of time but recently I tried to use
the NotePad tool which is integrated into the Palm OS 4.0 and above (my Palm
IIIx runs OS 4.1).

Thus I downloaded the latest version [1] and tried to compile it. It worked but
some tools seems to behave strangely. But the read-notepad (and also the
read-todo, which is also missing in the IRIX port) are working as expected.

Unfortunately, the read-palmpix tool is still non-functional on the IRIX so I
still have to download the whole ArchImage.pdb file (by using 'pilot-xfer -f
ArchImage') and upload it to a x86-compatible UNIX box for processing (the tool
works well both on the Ubuntu and on the NetBSD).
