And it works across many PDA platforms (the PSIONs and DOS-based HP LXs
are exceptions as they are too old).

Did you realised  that one can send ("beam") calendar  events and todos
via infrared from  the Palm to the  Zaurus and vice versa?  And also to
(and from) the Agenda VR3?

It is  great, isn't it? I  do not know if  it is possible to  send text
notes from Zaurus, though.
