No Luck with Some Things

There are  some things  that I  cannot get in  working order.  The most
prominent example is an Apple AirPort card  - I tried to buy it several
times,  from different  sellers  and on  several  auction servers.  All
refused to deliver it to me as it stopped working on a last test before
shipping....  (I no  longer need  it  today as  I have  no WiFi  router
compatible with the old "b" WiFi standard)

The second  unfortunate thing is  a working external keyboard  for Palm
III devices. I have one but it is  too used. I have tried to replace it
several  times so  now  I  have at  least  two  incompatible ones  (not
counting the  non-working ones which I  don' keep) but no  working one.
The last  attempt failed  as the seller  found that he  is not  able to
accept payments and was unable to  resolve the problem.... So I have to
use the old one which has some damaged keys.


By the way, I am writing this on The Clie UX50 as it is somewhat easier
to use it than use of a full-size but faulty keyboard.
