No Luck Once More

Today I got a  new, never used, Stowaway keyboard form  my Palm III. It
was in original  packaging and never opened. So I  opened it carefully,
installed the Keyboard.prc from the CD (it was in the box) and...

...and it  does not work.  My old keyboard  works with this  driver but
this one show no signs of live.
