How People Take Notes?

On a meeting today I noticed  that some people use their touchphones to
take notes. Obviously it wasn't too effective - they usually typed just
a  few words.  When  they  had to  write  something  more complex  then
everyone  dropped her/his  phone and  searched for  available piece  of
paper...  Don't tell  me than  use of  such modern  technologies boosts
productivity..

So I used my Palm IIIxe to take my notes. :-)
