FVWM -> 4Dwm, part 3

Current state of my FVWM desktop:

* most of shortcuts work
* even Alt+Escape works (Alt+Tab replacement on IRIX)
* Toolchest works (need to re-arrange it to make it more as an original)
* virtual desktops work
* keyboard layot switching work


However there are things to be solved:

* no way to start the applications (like the Run Command window)
* no way to open the Toolchest (or applications menu) from keyboars
* the Maximize function ignores upper 24 (?) pixels of the screen
* must play more with window palcement options
* stalonetray location is far from ideal
* cannot remove borders from stalonetray and FvwmDesk
* must find and set proper Gtk+ theme and colors for apps in .Xdefaults
