Escaping the Cult of Mac
========================

I  have found  this  blog  [1] with  some  interesting  texts like  the
SPARCbook 3000S review [2] or texts about the IRIX [3] and the Amiga OS
[4] and their fans.

But there  is also a link  to the book  "Escaping the Cult of  Mac" [5]
which was written by that guy  and his friends. Funny reading. But it's
realistic.

There is even a test to detect if the reader is a member of the Cult of
Mac or not. Not surprisingly, I'm not.

By the  way, he  used a  last model  of the  12" Apple  PowerBook until
recently. That's a machine similar to  my PowerBook (mine is 15" - it's
not only bigger but also noticeably faster and somewhat cooler).

P.S.  Of course  this post  was written  on an  Apple Computer  (on the
PowerBook mentioned above). ;-)
