PSION II Comms Link/USB

I do have this  thing [1] and my experiences on Linux  are a bit mixed.
On  a GPD  Pocket I  finally have  made a  connection but  then it  was
"disconnected". The GPD has issues with USB power though. And a powered
USB hub probably  just added another level of complexity.  At least the
device was visible in the "Dmesg" output.

On the  Blackbird (Fedora 31/ppc64le)  I have had no  luck - I  has not
able to see it at all. I have no idea if it was influenced by fact that
an another USB-Serial device was already connected.

I really  should not use  these modern things  and use the  real serial
link with an already tested USB-serial adapter instead...
