Blackbird upgrade (2)

Some time ago I wrote how I  upgraded my POWER9 workstation [1]. Then I
concluded that my new Radeon is running too hot [2]. As these cards are
quite  cheap these  days  (and they  are second-hand  at  best) I  have
thought  that it  may make  sense to  get another  one and  test if  it
behaves differently. So I got another one (for something like $10).

And it does. Instead of 85 degrees  of Celsius (and even more during 3D
work) when idle it has about 68 Celsius (and up to 76 Celsis when doing
3D  work). It's  not as  big  difference as  I expected  but it's  much
better.  And my  POWER9 machine  is still  way quieter  than my  wife's
Ryzen-based desktop. Bot cards have no fans.
