O2 is back

Today I have removed  all eight RAM sticks from my  SGI O2 and returned
only two  which have looked the  newests. After some playing  with PROM
variables it have booted!

I will test the rest of RAM  moduli at later date. They are O2-specific
(not just SGI-only) so I cannot use and normal RAM here. 


So now my workstation has just 265 MB of RAM (which is still plenty for
IRIX desktop  use) and I'm able  to used it as  I did in the  past. For
example, I'm able to ssh to the sdf.org and to write this post.
