Winter/summer time change again

Just a list of  my device which can manage it  by themselves (and which
cannot):

- Linux machines: OK (I suspect they are cheating by using the NTP)
- Ubuntu Touch stuff: OK
- Nokia N900: OK
- SGI O2: OK (I think I have set the NTP off - I must check it!)
- Palm III: cannot, will be fixed during next sync
- Palm T|X: OK (without syncing!)
- Pebble Time: OK
- Mechanical watches: cannot
- PSION Organiser II LZ: cannot
- PSION MC600: rebooted itself (?!) so I fix time manually
- PSION Series 3a: OK (what?!)
- Cambridge Z88: cannot
- Punkt MP01: cannot (what?)
