Stuff changes

As  I wrote  some time  ago I  didn't planned  to change  or update  by
workflow  nor my  tools.  But  plans are  usually  not  related to  the
reality. My  Punkt MP01  ceased to  work and  I also  have got  the MNT
Reform 2 laptop (which I thought it never arrive).

Also my  Aquaris E4.5  Ubuntu Editon  is no  longer included  among the
supported devices of  the UBPorts. So its Ubuntu Touch  OS is not going
to be updated any more.

So how these thing changed my workflow?

My main equipment is now:

- Palm Centro as a phone
- Blackbird (the POWER9 workstation) as my main workstation
- MNT Reform 2 as a supplementary workstation and tablet replacement
- GPD Pocket 1 as a laptop
- SGI O2 as a "legacy UNIX workstation"

I of  course still  use my PSION  Organiser II but  mostly as  an alarm
clock and  the Palm  III and  clones to  store some  data (and  to take
images with the PalmPix).

I  moved some  activities form  the  GPD to  the MNT,  for example  the
Arduino IDE is now  on the MNT I can program my  Inkplates from here. I
didn't tried to use the MNT to  sync the PalmsI still use the Blackbird
for this)  or PSIONs (especially  the MC600  which still sync  with the
O2), yet.

I still use  the Blackbird for heavier computing tasks  because the GPD
don't have  enough RAM nor  speed (and the MNT  has about just  half of
both these things).

A much  more interesting  is te  fact that  I almost  ceased to  use my
tablet.  The MNT  can do  the  same but  in much  more comfortable  way
(partly because it was a keyboard and a trackball and partly because it
runs normal desktop apps). I always thought that tablets are not for me
so this is probably a confirmation..

Software-wise, I have returned to more  intensive use of the Remind [1]
program. It also seems that I  more often use console-based versions of
some programs that their GUI counterparts  (the Vim instead of the Gvim
and so).
