   multilingual education. I first got them in college in a
   Linguistics class (one of my favorite classes and start of a
   lifelong passion for seeing language from a "change"
   perspective). The acquisition of language is sharpest up to the
   age of 4, declines at a steady rate until 12 and pretty much is
   flatline after that... right when most s...chools start language
