I can be very DRIVEN, where I feel a task "needs" to be accomplished. Or in a battle of wills, I don't want to do something, I won't right away, but eventually, I give in, or at least know that eventually I will give in, if the pressure is too much to bear. So that's what I mean. In an argument, I want to be right. But in that case, I may need to be wrong. The need to be wrong (because something in me finds it's better to be wrong here than right) will win, even if I want to be right.
