Did Tesla predict Cell Phones? Heard this so many times, I
   wanted to find out. So, I looked. 1904, Electrical Review. The
   Memes of Tesla that float around are wrong. They're CLOSE but
   "too perfect". That's why I looked. Still awesome what he said
   though. It's more likely he _inspired_ engineers to make his
   dream come true. I'm a bit of a nut when it comes to source
   checking. I don't like the dead being misquoted, even for good
