I excel in awkward. The uncanny valley. The place where you
   might be safe yet you just might not be. You're not sure whether
   to laugh, or cry, freeze or run away. Since there's an
   undercurrent of awkward that seems to run throughout our entire
   lives.. just under the surface, sliding along unnervingly
   beneath the smiles and the posturing, the posing and the
   certainties... it's good to get used to not being used to it.
