I drew up plans in my mid-20s - still have them; for the
   "perfect community". All religions, no religions, lots of
   activity spaces, some apartment complexes, where poets would all
   be together, places with open forums for philosophers to gather,
   noisy buildings for musicians, quieter ones for painters with
   sound-sealed rooms if they want to play their own music while
   painting... rooms for mathematicians, open schools for people
   who want to teach and learn to freely gather...

   ..basically a creative community.

   It'd never work.

   But it's a fun dream.
