Deeply buried in Education theory is it's discouraged to have
   students go to their parents for help, as the parents will have
   inferior knowledge than the teachers. The shell game continues
   as new methodologies have to remain a few steps ahead of things
   parents can help with. Once Sylvian learning center has new
   shortcuts to teach kids regarding this style of math, something
   else will come along. More ways for school to suck. Amazing we
   make it through. Maybe they know something, I dunno... I just
   hope so.
