Kleptomania is an interesting mental illness. It's different
   than stealing for need or profit. It's almost as if there is a
   Supermarket everywhere the victim goes and the cashier is out to
   lunch, except the victim does not need the items nor is it
   profitable or saving money. Also, the store's security cameras
   see every event, but the management just shakes their head at
   the behavior. Most people feel pity for the victims of the
   illness of kleptomania as the compulsion, similar to OCD,
   dominates their existence and by pitying them, enables their
   behavior.
