Running a group is a lot like sex:
   Before you have it, it sounds lovely and perfect.
   Then when you have it, it's awkward, messy, amusing as hell,
   frustrating, bruising, frightening and even annoying.
   Same can be said for (I can attest to this as well!) - running a
   business.

   I've also heard it's equally true with getting pregnant or
   getting married, but I have to go with 2nd hand data for that.
