Encouraging someone to follow their dreams is encouraging them
   to get so frustrated with the banality of the rest of the world
   in NOT supporting your dream that you end up driving a bus full
   of politicians off a bridge when your 107 years old and leave
   your trillion dollar assets that you gained by following your
   dreams to create a brand new Utopia where all strife is in the
   past, and there is peace and happiness and unlimited food and
   fulfillment of every wish for every citizen yet to come for the
   rest of the existence of humanity, both on the planet Earth and
   in all the Galaxies we will populate for the next 27 trillion
   years.
