I'm here for the discussion. One way to enliven a discussion
   with people who like to argue in this stereotyped fashion is to
   hold a contrary position.

   It just so happens that I *do* hold some contrary positions.

   By expressing those contrary positions that I _do_ believe in as
   well, I am engaging in an interesting discussion with people
   right now.
