Girls learn this stupid rulebook in elementary school and they
   stuck by it.

   Then again, boys have a similar rulebook but it's got an
   entirely different set of rules... but some kid dropped it in
   the urinal in 3rd grade and everybody pissed on it so nobody
   wants to read it.
