Unfortunately, i find most conspiracies difficult to digest.
   Incompetence tends to rule when people are in groups and given
   that Hitler's regime were the masters of public relations, the
   normal red tape shenanigans that happens behind closed doors
   were likely in place there just as in any other corporate
   entitiy, government, or other large organization.
