You put it perfectly. It took me a long time to accept that I am
   a political person *about certain things*. It's a limited set,
   but within that limited set, I look at it this way:

   IF I was forced to go behind a podium and convince people of my
   position on something, could I do it? What is that something
   that I am that passionate about that I could talk about
   convincingly because it means a lot to me?

   What those "somethings" are, THAT is what I'm political about.

   I have only a few, but they're meaningful to me.
