Some members are frustrating, but not inherently bad * but they
   are dogmatic about their positions. Patience is key, and I think
   it's important to see them as people not as topics. In short, I
   wouldn't change a single thing about last night * I believe it
   was done well * and you picked a good team for administration.
   I'm hit or miss in administration * and I don't expect that to
   change. But I think we were all on the same page and it worked
   out well
