I see them as systems. I don't care about truth here.
   Testability is a factor within one system and not a factor in
   the other system.
   They're different systems.
   I'm not validating/invalidating them.
   Nor am I pretending.

   Now if you want to get pragmatic:
   One is faith in a system that generally works well.
   One is faith in a system that does not work as well.

   I honestly don't understand the baggage.
