True - I mean it's not THAT simple but the more people you talk
   to, the more patterns you notice and sometimes without someone
   saying much, you can get an idea of their bias.

   Sometimes it's wrong though, because often our own bias gets in
   the way.

   For example, a confidence that "I know a [xxxx] when I see
   one/hear one" is a bias that leads to false conclusions very
   quickly among the otherwise smartest of people.
